The role owns a large network scaling portfolio, assesses demand and network resources, plans and delivers infrastructure capacity, manages competing programs, coordinates cross-functional implementation, develops forecasts, and improves resource utilization and availability. The position requires at least five years of program or technical project management experience and offers a Seattle base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
