Amazon Music is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own and curate its behavioral data model, standardize data concepts, simplify and evolve the event model, and build GenAI tooling to automate model curation and validation. The role leads cross-organization technical programs, coordinates with engineering, product, and senior leadership, manages roadmaps and risks, and identifies opportunities to expand the Metrics and Data Platform team’s impact. Candidates need extensive technical program management, software development, and complex-systems experience, with additional qualifications in data modeling, instrumentation, big data, AWS, and GenAI. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with a base salary of 171,000–231,400 USD annually.
