Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the MBOM program for the AWS Data Center Availability Serviceability Critical Spares team. The role develops a multi-year roadmap for global fleet MBOM coverage, scales AI-powered pipelines that extract and govern MBOM data from vendor documentation, establishes MBOM standards and processes for equipment lacking documentation, and coordinates with Field Engineering, DCEO, vendors, and lifecycle data teams. The position requires at least three years of technical product or program management experience, project management experience, cross-functional program experience, analytical and presentation experience, and experience with bill of materials, spare parts, or enterprise asset management systems. It is based in Herndon, Virginia, with up to 10% travel, and offers a base salary of $127,100 to $172,000 annually plus benefits.
