Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Alexa Daily Essentials team to own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning cloud services, device software, and AI/ML-powered features. The role coordinates engineering, product, design, QA, and partner teams; manages launch readiness, release schedules, risks, dependencies, model migrations, latency initiatives, and quality programs; and supports operational excellence through oncall reduction, automation, and GenAI investments. Candidates need at least five years of technical product or program management experience, three years of software development experience, and three years of project management experience, with cloud, AI/ML, and operational excellence experience preferred. The position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a base salary of CAD 97,600 to 163,000 annually.
