Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across the Amazon Lists portfolio. The role partners with engineering, product, design, and science teams to deliver customer experiences at scale, manage technical dependencies and risks, define roadmaps and architecture decisions, coordinate releases and launches, and improve development processes. Candidates need extensive technical product and program management experience, substantial engineering collaboration experience, and software development experience; familiarity with Gen AI application development is preferred. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
