Description
Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise Engineering team to own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes infrastructure programs involving AWS-based email and enterprise communication. The role coordinates engineering, design, product, and business teams; manages risk, tradeoffs, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and critical-path delivery; and partners with AWS product leaders to ship capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent, at least five years of technical product or program management experience, extensive engineering and project management experience, and experience with large-scale distributed environments and AI or machine learning programs. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
