Amazon Robotics is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead hardware development projects from early transition through production and end of life. The role coordinates application development, hardware and software builds, testing, deployment, vendor management, regulatory compliance, functional safety, production planning, costing roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams. Candidates need at least five years of technical product or program management, engineering-team, analytical, communication, and project-management experience, with additional project-management and cross-functional experience preferred. The position is based in North Reading or Westboro, Massachusetts, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
