Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the certificate rotation and cryptographic algorithm migration program across Project Leo's satellite constellation infrastructure. The role coordinates hardware, firmware, ground systems, and network teams; defines certificate consumption and out-of-band distribution workflows; manages program plans and risks; and supports PKI migration, post-quantum readiness, and service decommissioning. Candidates need at least five years of technical program management and software development lifecycle experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, and experience with Unix/Linux, distributed systems, or large-scale web applications. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of $163,600 to $221,300 annually.
