Advania is hiring a Technical Program Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple parallel AI Product & Engineering initiatives. The role plans and follows up on work, manages dependencies and risks, facilitates agile ceremonies, owns the intake process, translates technical complexity into business implications, and supports decision-making with Tech Leads, engineers, product, and business stakeholders. The position requires experience coordinating technical delivery, working in software or product development, using agile practices, and communicating fluently in English and Swedish; AI, regulated-organization, distributed-team, and project-management experience is advantageous.
