Description
Adyen is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead its Data Foundation program, establishing data governance, self-service data infrastructure, data contracts, and organizational adoption. The role coordinates cross-functional dependencies, mitigates program risk, manages legacy-system deprecation and technical-debt modernization, and maintains program health tools such as RAID logs, dashboards, roadmaps, and blueprints. Candidates need 5–7 years of experience leading complex technical programs or platform migrations, data fluency, change-management and communication skills, systems-thinking, and analytical capabilities. The role is based in Adyen’s Chicago office and is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
