AMAX is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead its Digital Operations initiative, which uses AI agent technology to integrate MES and ERP platforms and deliver operational data insights. The role bridges business stakeholders and offshore software development teams, owns end-to-end feature delivery, coordinates cross-functional work, validates solutions, manages risks and dependencies, and supports user training and adoption. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience in technical program management, industrial engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing operations; bilingual Mandarin and English proficiency; MES or ERP exposure; and foundational knowledge of AI agents, SQL, and API integrations.
