The role connects design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, operations, and other cross-functional teams; develops roadmaps and milestones, prioritizes tasks, manages risks, and communicates engineering strategy. Candidates need at least three years of hardware or integrated product development program management experience, experience with complex electromechanical systems, mechanical systems hardware experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance. The role offers a US salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
