Description
Apple is hiring a Technical Program Manager to serve as the resident factory expert for manufacturing processes, yields, and overall factory readiness for mass production. The role leads module and component manufacturing, process integration, problem solving, failure analysis, and process controls, working with New Production Introduction and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and services. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 12 years of high-volume consumer electronics technical support experience, extensive factory-floor process knowledge, and strong statistical, quality, and problem-solving capabilities. International travel of 25%–35% is required.
