Description

Array Labs is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the execution framework for satellite missions, government contracts, and mission-critical hardware and software programs. The role will build schedules and milestones, coordinate engineering teams, negotiate staffing, surface risks, translate roadmaps into release plans, and support prioritization and bid decisions. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience with complex technical programs involving integrated hardware and software. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, or testing electronic or mechanical hardware systems
Experience with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools for program metrics
Success in a high-growth, ambiguous, or clean-sheet hardware environment
Aerospace industry experience or exposure to safety-critical hardware systems
