Description
Atoms is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of new products and features from scoping through release. The role translates product requirements into technical specifications, partners with product management and software engineering teams, manages technical issues, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, oversees quality assurance and release readiness, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in technical program or project management, familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies, and strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills. It is based in Atoms’ Seoul office, where office-based teams work onsite five days a week.
