Axon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead software delivery projects across product management, engineering, design, and finance teams. The role focuses on building data-driven project plans, managing dependencies and risks, improving delivery processes, and helping engineering teams forecast and optimize cloud spending in AWS and Azure. It requires substantial experience in technical program management, cloud operations, cloud FinOps, cost optimization, and related technical and analytical skills. The position is based in Axon’s Seattle office on a hybrid schedule and offers a base pay range of $131,250 to $210,000 USD.
