BambooHR is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Business Systems Operations function in a Utah-based hybrid role. The individual contributor will coordinate cross-functional technical programs, translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and schedules, manage dependencies and risks, support technology intake and software lifecycle activities, and use AI tools to improve program planning and decision-making. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of cross-functional technical program or project management experience, and experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
