Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead enterprise-scale programs combining Agentic AI, Certinia (FinancialForce), and cloud-based architectures to modernize financial and professional services operations. The role owns end-to-end delivery, roadmaps, risks, Agile/SAFe execution, executive reporting, AI agent productionization, governance, and integrations across Certinia, Google Cloud, and AI services. It requires at least eight years of technical program or project management experience, enterprise program leadership, hands-on Agentic AI and production LLM experience, Certinia Salesforce experience, and strong GCP, stakeholder, executive communication, and risk management skills.
