Description
Schwab is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to support its Site Reliability Engineering organization. The role leads strategic, cross-functional reliability programs, program roadmaps, automation initiatives, risk and governance practices, performance metrics, and critical production activities such as cutovers, failovers, product retirements, and disaster recovery. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of technical program or project management experience, and three or more years leading Site Reliability Engineering or production operations programs. It is an on-site role in the specified location(s) and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
