Constantinople is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across its AI-native banking platform. The role manages product development and client implementation programs, builds roadmaps and processes, coordinates cross-functional teams, aligns technical and non-technical stakeholders, manages scope changes, and oversees transitions from development through production and customer launch. Candidates should be hands-on and technically driven, have a track record of delivering impact, manage client and stakeholder expectations within regulatory frameworks, and experience working across multiple programs simultaneously.
