Cosm is hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex venue deployment initiatives from planning through post-launch optimization. The role coordinates networking, A/V systems, platform integration, field engineering, and operations readiness; manages schedules, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and launch execution; and develops scalable deployment frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and decision trees. The position reports to the Director of Technical Program Management, requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least six years of program management experience, and offers an annualized base salary of $110,000–$140,000 in California.
