The role owns the integrated schedule across propulsion, structures, avionics, and vehicle design; tracks costs and variances; runs program reviews; sequences cross-disciplinary work; resolves interdependencies; and maintains documentation and communication. The position requires 2–5 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or technical operations, with aerospace experience preferred, and offers a base salary of $157,000–$184,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
