CuspAI is hiring a Technical Program Manager with an AI/ML background to lead technical programs across frontier AI/ML research, model development, data workflows, machine learning infrastructure, customer projects, and industry partnerships. The role bridges AI researchers, materials scientists, engineers, and external stakeholders; manages project planning, resources, dependencies, risks, compliance, and scalable processes; and supports intellectual property and scientific publication activities. The position is based in Berlin with an expectation of being in the office three days per week and may require travel to London or Amsterdam.
