Description
The role manages the implementation and execution of client delivery plans across 1-2 clients, coordinating dependencies among product, engineering, legal, compliance, servicing, and operations teams. Responsibilities include testing windows, release coordination, go-live and cutover activities, client onboarding, configuration management, roadmap integration, risk mitigation, and scope-change management. The position requires 3-5 years of technical program management experience, strong execution and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage engineering delivery and complex dependencies.
