Cyclops is hiring a fully remote Technical Program Manager to drive structure, predictability, and clarity across product and engineering delivery. The role reports to the COO and partners closely with engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partners to run cross-functional programs such as partner integrations, onboarding, readiness, and expansion initiatives. The position emphasizes hands-on execution, clear communication, documentation, risk management, and delivery excellence in a payments and stablecoin-focused fintech environment.
