Description
DailyPay is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of complex financial applications and data-driven processes in R&D. The role owns architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and end-to-end solution delivery; coordinates engineering, product, design, and other teams; manages dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and program meetings; and uses AI to improve automation and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar software-development role, along with knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, microservices, cloud-native applications, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
