Decagon is hiring a fully in-office Technical Program Manager in New York to own delivery of complex customer implementations and internal cross-functional programs. The role partners with APM, Engineering, Product, Research, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to translate requirements into executable plans, manage dependencies and risk, coordinate workstreams without direct authority, and improve operational excellence as the company scales. Candidates should have 4–6+ years of technical program management or product/engineering operations experience, a record of high-stakes customer implementations, strong communication skills, and technical fluency; LLM or conversational AI experience is preferred.
