Description

DiDi Autonomous Driving is hiring a Technical Program Manager to accelerate and optimize software development processes, manage project schedules and resources, track deliverables and milestones, support software releases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and escalate risks. The role requires a technical degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with software or automotive development processes, and experience with Agile teams. The base salary is $115,000–$165,000 annually, with bonus, equity, and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in engineering, project management, or technical program management
Practical experience working within or supporting Agile software development teams
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with or strong interest in autonomous driving, robotics, or advanced driver-assistance systems
Experience using modern project management and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
Prior internship or work experience in a technical role before transitioning to project management
