CoolIT Systems is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the Program Core Team and drive technical execution, cross-functional integration, customer alignment, risk management, and NPI launch readiness for complex engineered products. The role translates customer requirements into product requirements and program plans, supports DFMEA and technical risk assessments, coordinates engineering and manufacturing stakeholders, and travels up to 20% globally. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of relevant technical program management or product development experience, and experience with DFMEA, risk assessments, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and mitigation planning.
