MISUMI Americas is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality for new product development and mass manufacturing programs. The role manages scope, budget, timelines, risks, stakeholders, customer requirements, change requests, program performance, and continuous improvement while reporting on-site to the Program Management Lead in Bengaluru, India. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, at least seven years of technical project or program management experience in fast-paced manufacturing, and deep CNC machining experience.
