Ford’s Global Data, Insight and Analytics team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs within its Big Data ecosystem for analytics and AI. The role coordinates delivery across product teams, partners with Product and Engineering managers, manages capacity and scope, plans projects, mitigates risks, resolves issues, communicates with stakeholders, prepares executive reports, and manages change control. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least five years of experience managing complex software development projects, knowledge of SDLC methodologies, and experience with Google Cloud Platform. The position offers a base salary range of $74,300 to $192,900, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, and is onsite with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
