Ford is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Connected Vehicle Software division to partner with stakeholders, define and track technical initiatives, manage roadmaps and schedules, support modern software development practices, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and mitigate engineering risks. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of program management or product/feature development experience, and at least 3 years of technical or engineering-team experience. The position is hybrid, offers a base salary of $115,000–$192,900, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
