Formlabs is hiring an in-person Technical Program Manager in Somerville, Massachusetts to manage technically complex products from concept through production. The role owns program strategy, planning, execution, budget, staffing, cost models, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery within schedule and cost targets. Candidates need at least three years of program management experience, technical product design knowledge, cross-functional collaboration skills, strong communication abilities, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science. The position offers an annual base pay range of $120,000 to $180,000 USD plus equity and other benefits.
