Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to serve as the strategic supply chain and procurement anchor for its XR hardware ecosystem. The role manages supplier relationships, AVAP frameworks, custom buy-sell and distributor safety-stock programs, rolling demand forecasts, international logistics, trade compliance, tariff mitigation, and cost negotiations across custom modules, optics, semiconductors, and contract manufacturing partners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant hardware supply chain, global supply management, technical program management, partner management, or procurement experience, with preferred qualifications including an engineering or MBA degree, XR hardware experience, and English and Mandarin fluency.
