Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the physical end-to-end delivery, testing, and documentation of Layer-1 fiber and leased capacity for the Global Network Solutions team. The role manages production tracks, low-level network designs, optical multiplex Section reviews, single-point-of-failure and route analyses, vendor documentation reconciliation, and delivery discrepancies, while also identifying opportunities to automate modeling workflows. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program management experience, and experience in physical fiber infrastructure engineering, OSP/ISP route design, optical transport network planning, or physical network engineering documentation.
