Description
Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager focused on Chat Agent Quality and Chat infrastructure. The role leads complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from requirements through launch, manages schedules and risks, performs root-cause analysis, communicates technical tradeoffs to executives and engineering teams, and supports reliability, scalability, latency, evaluation, user-feedback processing, and AI transformation initiatives. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program management experience, and experience with machine learning lifecycles, large language models, AI infrastructure, internal tooling, prototyping, or technical architecture.
