Description
Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Eval Quality and Emerging Needs (EQEN) team within Search. The role leads complex, multi-disciplinary evaluation projects from requirements through delivery, designs and pilots new evaluation methodologies and tooling, manages schedules and risks, communicates with cross-functional stakeholders, and develops dashboards tracking quality, throughput, and impact. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program management experience, and experience with AI/ML evaluation, data quality, process improvement, and generative AI or large language model interfaces.
