Description

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent consumer electronics hardware system-integration experience, plus five years each in hardware program driving, mechanical and electrical issue resolution, and OEM/ODM, CM, or JDM environments.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in consumer electronics hardware system integration
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of experience driving hardware products from early concepts through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production
5 years of experience resolving mechanical and electrical issues, including schematics, layouts, tooling tolerances, and system-level testing
5 years of experience in OEM/ODM, CM, or JDM environments managing factory line readiness and building operations
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors
Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion
Fluent English and Mandarin communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally
