The role collaborates with network design, capacity delivery, field, site acquisition, edge infrastructure, and colocation teams to develop scalable deployment and operations solutions, manage vendors, oversee third-party execution, and drive automation and process improvement. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program management experience, telecommunications or data networking business-unit experience, and experience with network infrastructure and Layer 1, 2, and 3 services.
