The role involves coordinating software engineers and cross-functional partners, aligning software and roadmap features, managing schedules and risks, defining stability metrics, driving build integration, and mitigating regressions. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of program management experience, embedded software development experience, and charging engineering experience; mobile-device and Android software experience are preferred. Compensation is $138,000–$197,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
