Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center engineering and construction programs. The role manages the full project lifecycle, including requirements, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure capacity. It requires strong technical knowledge of data center design, MEP systems, building management systems, network infrastructure, and construction methodologies, along with extensive program or project management experience and fluent Thai and English communication. Preferred qualifications include relevant engineering or construction management education, professional certifications, and experience with large-scale greenfield and brownfield construction.
