Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through maintenance, particularly for testing programs at manufacturing plants. The role manages test readiness, risks, schedules, SOPs, equipment readiness, production capacity, quality metrics, and testing strategies across SMT, subassembly, and FATP processes. It also coordinates with internal teams, equipment manufacturers, and engineers on test scope, automation, deployment, and pre-release validation. The minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience, five years of program management experience, and production testing experience involving DFM, automation, and NPI for consumer electronics.
