Google Pay India is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs for its payments platform, including utility payments, new feature launches, platform modernization, and partner integrations. The role owns program scope, objectives, risks, dependencies, schedules, and delivery while collaborating with engineering, product, partnerships, UX, legal, compliance, and finance teams. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of technical program management experience, and experience with consumer-facing mobile applications and high-frequency transactional or utility products in fintech, payments, or commerce. Preferred qualifications include AI/ML and agent-based automation experience, distributed-team collaboration, and knowledge of India's digital payments ecosystem.
