Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary AI and infrastructure programs from concept through general availability. The role partners with engineering leads, product managers, and cross-functional customers to align roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, evaluate architectural trade-offs, monitor program health and OKRs, and communicate with executives and engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience and 10 years of program management experience, with preferred experience in cross-functional technical programs and AI/ML. The role is based in Mountain View or Sunnyvale, California, with compensation of $240,000–$333,000 USD plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
