Gotion Inc. is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Irvine, California, to lead customer-facing battery cell and pack development programs from concept through production. The role manages technical meetings, RFI/RFQ and proposal processes, cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, and quality activities such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP, while supporting US and China customer engagements and requiring up to 30% domestic and international travel. Candidates need an engineering bachelor’s degree, at least three years of automotive, EV, or energy storage product development experience, and at least five years of technical program management or equivalent customer-facing leadership experience. The expected base pay range is $200,000 to $240,000 USD.
