Gotion Inc. is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Fremont, California, to lead customer-facing battery cell and pack development programs from concept through production. The role manages technical meetings, RFI/RFQ and proposal processes, cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, and program deliverables, supports DFMEA, PFMEA, DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP activities, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least three years of automotive, EV, or energy storage product development experience, and five or more years of technical program management or equivalent customer-facing leadership experience. The position includes up to 30% domestic and international travel and offers a base pay range of $200,000 to $240,000 USD.
