Description
Heron Power is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end technical execution of its first product launch, from converter architecture through manufacturing. The role coordinates power electronics, firmware/software, systems integration, test, reliability, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams; leads program planning, design reviews, risk management, BOM and NPI readiness, and decision-gate execution; and helps establish a disciplined, low-surprise engineering culture. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical depth, at least five years leading complex multidisciplinary engineering programs, and strong power-electronics and hardware-software systems knowledge. The role offers a salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per year plus equity and benefits.
