Description
HUD is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager to own complex, time-sensitive data and evaluation programs for frontier AI labs, data vendors, and internal teams. The role translates ambiguous technical requests into executable programs, coordinates people and dependencies, manages vendors, maintains data quality and delivery pipelines, and improves workflows, automation, and cross-functional handoffs. Candidates should have experience with complex technical programs in AI/ML, data operations, support engineering, applied research, or forward-deployed engineering, along with strong quantitative and qualitative judgment and communication skills. The position is based in San Francisco or Singapore, with remote candidates eligible for 70–80% overlap with those time zones, and offers visa and relocation support.
