Description

HugoHub is hiring an internal-facing Technical Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional technical programmes across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Compliance, and Operations. The role owns programme planning and execution, coordination, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, technical oversight, resource allocation, quality assurance, documentation, reporting, and mentorship of junior TPMs. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical programme management experience, strong cross-functional delivery and stakeholder-management experience, proficiency in Agile and Scrum and Jira, and preferably a software engineering or technical background, fintech or regulated-technology experience, and PMP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical programme management experience owning complex cross-functional programmes end-to-end
Proven track record driving cross-functional programmes to delivery with measurable outcomes and senior-level stakeholder management
Experience running or coordinating sprints across multiple engineering teams using Agile and Scrum
Experience using Jira for programme tracking, dependency management, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications: Background in software engineering or a deeply technical role
Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated technology environments
PMP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification
