Immortals is hiring its first dedicated Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and operations. The role covers telehealth and prescription launches, biomarker and wearable platforms, and integrations with labs, pharmacies, payments, and commerce systems, with responsibility for privacy, security, and compliance reviews involving personal health data. The position requires 10+ years of technical program management or similar experience, an engineering background, strong written communication, and experience delivering multi-team programs; health or regulated-domain experience, formal program management training, hardware/software programs, and startup experience are preferred.
